With over 15 years of experience in operational strategy, performance improvement, and executive leadership, I have led impactful programs and large-scale transformations at Fortune 500 companies like American Express, McKinsey & Company, and American Airlines — as well as consulted with and worked at fast-moving startups. I bring that same level of rigor, clarity, and follow-through to the small business leaders I work with today. The name Macon Legacy honors my third great-grandparents, John and Hattie Macon — once enslaved people who became triumphantly entrepreneurial farm owners. Their strength and purpose guide my work, reminding me that legacy isn’t just what we build — it’s what we sustain, elevate, and pass on.
